Randy has operated a private office, handling insurance and financial services since 1976. Randy has strived to provide the highest level of customer service. He manages and maintains his office in Camp Hill, PA; out of which he services clients throughout the state.
Throughout Randy's career, he has focused primarily on the Small Business market, helping business owners protect their business and prepare for their future through insurance and investment products. His success is reinforced by his achieving membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT) since 1982. Also, Randy has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) since 1976, served as president of the Greater Harrisburg Association from 1994-1995, and NAIFA State President in 2008. He currently serves on the board of NAIFA Greater Harrisburg.
Randy throughout his career has always made time for his family. Randy's wife Sue, their 5 children, and 12 grandchildren have been his real passion. Growing up with your kids, and being able to have a supportive wife, to share in all of our family activities, is so important. From coaching Little League teams and the Girls Softball teams, following all of our children through their high school and college Careers, and every year taking (to this day) our FAMILY VACATION to the beach in Ocean City, NJ --- it's what it's all about! Randy also enjoys auto racing --- from Sprint Car Racing to NASCAR. He's even been known to race himself on occasion!!!!

Greg has been in the financial services industry since 2008, and joined Kaufmann & Associates in 2009. Greg's primary focus is building and managing the investment portfolios of our clients.
From the beginning of Greg's career he has been involved with the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). In 2010, he was appointed a board member of NAIFA Greater Harrisburg and served as President in 2015-2016. He has remained on the executive committee and is serving as President again in 2019.
Greg is a six year qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable (MDRT), recognized internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life industry.
Greg graduated from Shippensburg University, in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He majored in finance. Greg has earned his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from the American College.
Greg has been married to his wife Malari, for 10 years, and they have two children, Grayden (6) and Reagan (4). They enjoy spending time with their families, as well as traveling.

With 25+ years of experience in financial services, Mary Ann Herrmann has been a Financial Advisor with Kaufmann & Associates, LLC for 5 years. Mary Ann focuses her financial advisory practice on closely held businesses and business owners in all aspects of their business cycle, as well as individuals preparing for retirement. Ms. Herrmann offers financial services in the areas of business planning strategies & succession, retirement income planning strategies, insurance consulting, and money management. Mary Ann enjoys spending time cooking, traveling, and watching movies with her son and 3 grandchildren. As the mother of a Marine, Maryann is active in her community lending time & support to Wounded Warriors, as well as The Girl Scouts of America.

We are excited to introduce Adam Schopp, who joined the Kaufmann Financial Group team in 2020. Adam works closely with our clients to empower them to help achieve their goals through financial planning. He has a sincere drive to elevate the relationships and level of service we provide our clients. Adam is originally form Western New York, where he attended The University of Buffalo from 2007-2011. He majored in
Accounting and pursued a career in that field which brought him to Pennsylvania in 2016. By becoming a Financial Planner, Adam is able to have a meaningful impact on peoples lives by helping individuals secure the future they want.
Adam got married in October of 2022 to his girlfriend of four years, Kelsey, who also joined the Kaufmann Financial Group team in June of 2022 as a marketing assistant. Together they have two golden retrievers, Josie and Murphy, who keep their lives fun and busy!
